In 2013 I joined the small design team at Weather Underground. The brand and it's products were overdue for an update. Below are my highlights from my time there.
Increased visits to Precipitation Start and Stop page (235k unique visits, 355K total) through better accuracy of information.
Improved usability and aesthetic of fullscreenweather.com and wundermap.com through redesign to a more sleek and simple layout.
Weather Underground's users love data. They want to dive deep and plan their days around a number of different factors. We took all the feedback and created a Health dashboard. Something for everyone!
